Are prices per room or per person?
Do I have to pay a deposit when I book the room?
You can pay the deposit by Posta pay, bank wire transfer or credit card (leaving your details only as guarantee, no amount would be charged at that moment).
The balance should be covered at your arrival.
Do you accept credit cards?
Do rooms have air conditioning or heating?
Which kind of clientele do you usually have?
Normally young and stylish people prefer our B&B, especially for our structure, furnishings and customer service.
Which category is your hotel (in terms of number of stars)?
They are private residences that provide accommodation and breakfast at more competitive and affordable prices than hotels.
Do you have WI-FI Internet?
Remember to ask the WI-FI access code and password at your arrival.
Is your B&B wheelchair accessible?
Can I leave my luggages there after the check out?
Do we have to respect a closing time at night?
You are completely free to get in and out at the time you prefer.
Where can I park my car?
Please note that we are just out of the ZTL area (limited traffic zone), so you can get directly in front of our building without any problem and unpleasant fines.
Around us you have 2 options within 400 meters:
- 1 Outdoor parking with bar (500 meters) at a cost of 8/10 euros per day with our agreement (not bookable).
- 2 Paid blue lines, 2 euro per hour, free on Sundays and holidays.
Can I stay there if I'm under 18?
Do you usually provide sheets, blankets and towels?
What should I bring with me?
We suggest to bring your shampoo, soap, bubble bath and any other personal body or skin lotion.
How can I get there arriving in Florence by train?
How far is Florence center?
Walking through the historic "Lungarni" that skirt the river Arno, you get to "Palazzo Pitti" in about 15 minutes, with the beautiful "Boboli Garden", and "Ponte Vecchio" or the "Uffizi".
Within walking distance from the B&B, you also find the squares "Piazza del Carmine" and "Piazza Santo Spirito", as well as the theatre "Nuovo Teatro Comunale", the "Stazione Leopolda", the park "Cascine" and the U.S. Consulate.
The building "Fortezza da Basso", where important fairs and exhibitions take place (like the most famous fashion event of the city of Florence, "Pitti Uomo"), is only 1,500 meters away from the B&B.
The main railway station "Santa Maria Novella" is about 15/20 minutes walking or 5 minutes by taxi or public transportation.

You will enjoy your free breakfast at the "Bar Pasticceria Pegaso", one of the most famous café and confectionery of Florence, just 100 meters from our B&B.
City tax (5,50 € per person per night) is not included in the price. It will be added to the bill at your arrival and can be paid only in cash.
Can I bring my dog?
Please be sure not to leave them alone in the room and bring all the necessary equipment for their assistance.
Do you clean the room and change linen during our stay?

Does a 3 year old child pay for the stay?
How can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations must be sent in writing to our e-mail address info@bbincentro.com. No phone cancellation will be accepted.
For late arrivals, early departures or cancellations within 7 days before the arrival, you will be charged of 50% of the total amount of your bill.
If you book 5 night or more or if you book 2 or more rooms, we require to cancel at least 14 days in advance (instead of 7), not to be charged of the 50% of the entire rate.
If you do not come, without any written e-mail, the entire amount of the bill will be charged to your credit card.
