THE RESERVATION IS ABSOLUTELY SAFE.
All personal data is encrypted and submit the form.
The credit card only as a guarantee.
The payment will stay on arrival, preferably in cash.
Pricing Information:
All prices are per room per night, including VAT, services, heating/air conditioning and breakfast.
The city tax of € 5,50 per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash.
Cleaning and towel change every 3 days. The bed linen is done once a week.
All our rooms are non smoking.

Arrival time:
There's no reception! It's very important that you warn me in advance!
CHECK-IN ONLY BY APPOINTMENT FROM 10AM TO 8PM.
Check out time is 10 o'clock.
Cancellation policy:
To cancel your reservation please send an e-mail message to info@bbincentro.com
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
For a late cancellation will be charged the first night amount as penalty fee.
For cancellation of 3 or more nights or for 2 or more rooms within 14 days of arrival date will be charged 50% of the total amount of reservation.
In case of no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Children and extra beds:
All children under 3 years stay free of charge in parents' bed.
The maximum number of children under 3 years (free) in a room is 1.
Extra beds (extra charge) are available upon request and need to be confirmed by the structure.
Pets:
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges, under the conditions that are not left alone in the room and it brought the equipment necessary for the care of the animal.
Parking facilities:
Please note that we are just out of the ZTL area (limited traffic zone), so you can get directly in front of our building without any problem and unpleasant fines.
Around us you have 2 options within 400 meters:
- Park in the street (blue stripes) for 10 € per 24 hours: you need a special card for tourist parking called "gratta e sosta" (scratch and park), that you can ask directly to us when you check in;
- Covered garage parking (200 meters) for 25 € per day.
